问题描述：
H3C ICG-1000 路由器忘记登录密码，如何重置？打客服电话说是已经停服，无法提供服务。序列号需要提供吗？
Console口该怎么用呢？win7系统。

console口需要一根console线，可以到某宝上买到，直接搜console线就可以，如果是笔记本只有USB那种，还需要一跟RS232转USB的转接线，两根线到手后，电脑下载CRT或者putty软件，就可以通过console口连接了

我是外行..这2个软件使用起来会麻烦不？我找了下百度的，说是在连接CONSOLE口后只要重启路由器，然后CTRL+B就可以进入重置 ACG1000的web登录密码和console密码一致，密码找回可参考： 第一步：重启设备，在console口上立刻按住ctrl+B，进入如下boot界面： Bootloader V1.4.1(Build time: Aug 18 2014 - 14:12:35) Flash: 4 MB Press Ctrl+C to stop auto start : 03 Semptian cn50MC1100# Semptian cn50MC1100# Semptian cn50MC1100# 第二步：输入run menuboot_cf命令，从CF卡中运行menuboot程序： Semptian cn50MC1100# run menuboot_cf .....................................................[ 0.000000] Linux version 2.6.32.61-Cavium-Octeon (root@nilijun-Vostro-260s) (gcc version 4.3.3 (Cavium Inc.
